Do they also have a green light on the port side and a red light on the starboard? (To avoid confusion when, say, passing left to right and flying inverted)

I had a look around for a map of the actual Marilyns that underly that map above. I found an utterly useless one at https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_Marilyns_in_the_British_Isles# which has represented them as red dots on a green(?) background, so I can't see them, thanks.
