Ah yes, American stuff. I don't quite understand what goes wrong with their education system but it seems very odd sometimes.

Apparently it’s their Department of Education (?). It’s claimed that before the Department was instituted American education was world class, but has gone down hill every decade since.

Its a good way of recycling unwanted dustbins, or making cheap water butts from scrap. At the old plademI had a broken wheely bin thatnthe carncil persistently failed to collect so I converted that into a water butt. £3 for the tap was a lot less than the cost of a ready made water butt, and it saved it from going to landfill. Recycling is good, as is saving water!

Because if you convert a water butt into a dustbin, your Council will likely not collect it?
