Until anyone can convince me otherwise, I hold the record time for cycling across Belgium. It was in 2010, and it took me all of 1 minute 32 seconds.
I called it the Trans-Belgica. OK, so it was at the Drei Landes Eck, where a tiny slither of Belgium can be ridden through between Luxembourg and a private farm track that led into Germany... but I'm having it. It is eminently beatable, as I actually had to slow down for an oncoming car at one point. But just so you know, I still hold the record. Mrs Donger caught it on camera for posterity:
