IOS 12 Keyboard Rant

Some ‘Baboon Head’ at Apple has made the decision to switch the Emoji and Punctuation keys at the bottom-left of the iPad virtual keyboard.

For the past few days since updating to IOS 12 I have constantly been selecting Emojis every time I want to enter a digit. In fact I just did it entering IOS 12 in the previous sentence. ARGGHHH! I’ve just done it again!

I know it’s only a small thing, but if someone could send me the address details for the person responsible I’ll fly over to the States and burn their house down.

I haven’t been this annoyed about any software since Microshaft introduced ‘The Ribbon’ to its Office products meaning nothing can be found ever again.

Samsung made the Edge phone. My fingers miss the ruddy keys that are on the wrap round bit. Took me a few presses to get the 'p'

Update your software. They’ve put the numbers back in the right place. Apple must be CC members....

Thanks for pointing this out, i hadn't noticed it.

I’d already deleted the Emoji keyboard in Settings as i never use the Apple emojis anyway.

I’d just got my left hand used to the new arrangement, and now have to unlearn again. They call it progress....
