iphone question ,

My GF unknown to her dropped her iphone , I got a call off a stanger that had found it and told me she had got my number from emercency contacts , hence called me to tell me of her find and gave an address to pick up phone , very fortunate for GF , I thought it was a good thing to have , for a case like this or a real l emergency , I played around in phone but cannot work out how to get my number in this emergency contact section ,i have an iphone 6

Is it just a number stored under ICE in contacts....I thought that had gone out of fashion?

ICE = in case of emergency

It's in the Health app on your phone which was put in the last couple of updates. Will try and find a link.
