Oh, Cubist, I casseroled that other pheasant yesterday. Mum is coming up for the day on Saturday, so I thought I'd send her home with a portion, frozen...

I'm sure she will, I must tell her to bring a cool bag. If it defrosts on the way home, she can have it for Sunday dinner. I left the cream out, since she watches her cholesterol, she can choose whether to add some...

Anyway, Haggis con Carne worked ok - onion and red pepper chopped and fried, then in with the haggis chopped up, then half a tin of baked beans and a dollop of ketchup. Served with rice. Not gourmet, but tasty!
