Is it worth sunbathing in October?

Never understood the fascination in burning myself tbh, I just don't get it.

I have read somewhere today that some Doctors believe we should all be taking Vit D pills on a regular basis.

I was in Orlando on holiday in August.I got into a conversation with a young person in a gift shop.I was telling her how wonderful the heat and sunshine was.As we Brits get a lot of rain and we have trouble with Vit D problems.
She told me she also had the same problems, and was on capsules. How i said when it's like this.
Her answer was.Leave home, jump in car.Arrive at work eight to ten hours inside shop drive home.No sunshine.I saw her point.

Sunbathing is really, really boring!
Why would anyone want to stay still doing nothing for that length of time without actually being asleep!

I love procrastinating, sat in my Mum's garden till 2 then went to the pub and sat outside, got a nice red nose today. Sunbathing is ace,
