Not quite my point, my Wealth Manager friend is not allowed to invest in bitcoin on behalf of any of his clients nor allowed to advise them in any way - he would lose his registration if he did.
Such is the protectionism of the ancien regime...

Dear Bitcoin Investors, great news!

I have been rummaging through the attic and have unearthed a long-forgotten case of magic beans which I can let you have in exchange for your increasingly worthless currency. Today's introductory exchange rate is 2 Bitcoin to the bean. This is a one time only offer and is limited to a maximum of all your Bitcoin.

in answer to the op's question, my guess is; "yes, anytime now"
It's only going to cost you so much upfront as well! Still, there's only a limited opportunity to get taken for a ride, so get in fast.
