...lets you now if the person calling you is drunk?

That way I'll know that he/she will more than likely rant on about bugger all endlessly and i can decide if i'm in the mood or not before actually answering.

Theres a great little app built into all iPhones for this, its called "the incoming call screen".

It shows you the person's name, and crucically the time aswell, therefore allowing the recipient to determine whether the chances that the person calling is drunk. The way it works as a general rule is that the later the time shows, the higher the probibility of alcohol consumption. Anything after 23:00 on the screen should be construed as a bit of a red line.

Its also great at working when someone is phoning up to whine at you about their other half expecting you to be some kind of agony aunt or some such rubbish. For example its 09:35am, Miss Bloggs ringing - ahh thats ok, this is just a friendly "how are you". Alternatively, its 09:46pm, Miss Bloggs ringing - urgh, this is really only going to be about one thing. Not interested. Reject.

Strangely enough, I may or may not be a little bit narked by this very thing at the moment...
