If it's -20 and he is riding around in shorts and a t-shirt. I don't want to know what he is wearing when summer time comes.

Surely you are a bit curious?

Now side winds? What about those?

I don't think they are much of a problem. I rode the Trice Borealis briefly at the York Rally a couple of years back, in gale force blusteryness, and once inside it was just like turning the wind off, no matter which direction I was going.

Nice to see Ian, not seen him since...

Oh, must be Wolverhampton, where a nutter told him him recumbent bike was dangerous because the chainring out front would hurt anyone who stepped in front of it, whereas, get this, if a car hit them, they'd 'just roll off'.

People should pass a test before they are granted the ability to speak, saying stuff like that!!!

That's 'Fards' a resident over on the BHPC boards. Respect and love the velomobile.

I wanted to marry the Borealis the moment I saw it. Or at least have its babies.

It helped that it was red. Red ones are fast.

In that picture, he seems to be wearing long trousers and sleeves, together with gloves and a hat.

Just how cold must it have been that day then!

No hot coals and water? That would mean no tea either, and Arch will be disappointed.
