Out of interest what does your 992 weigh? Not that I'm a weight weenie - obviously - but I like to know these things for reference

Not ignoring your question , just forgot to get back to you ! The 992 weighs (without pedals) 9.2 kg and it is a 52cm frame.

Nice, could do with a period saddle and brake levers. I dislike the grey plastic on the r400, yellows quickly as well.

I rooly thought that was a great pic ... lovely stonework and doors, one might say, with patina. Bike's not bad either. IN Oz, we get excited when anything's more than 150 years old. The way I feel after a round or two on the grappa.
