Is this my car's tyre pressure information and if it is, what PSI should I put in my front tyres and my back tyres?🤔

My car is a Vauxhall Adam. I only travel with me and my small dog in the car, so it never has passengers in. I've been inflating the front tyres to 36 psi and the rear ones to 34 psi.

Ideally, according to the chart, should be 32psi/front and 29psi/rear. I always add an extra couple of psi to mine, just to allow for leakage over time. Not sure what the ECO figures mean?

Those are pressures in KiloPascals. Multiply by 0.145038 for psi.

So 220 = 32

Or divide by 100 for bar.

I'm an inveterate fiddler, and I've programmed one of the car's buttons (remember those?) to give me a reading from the TPMS. I've been struck just how much bob-on pressures can inflate (suit yourselves...) in these high temperatures - and asymmetrically too, if one side of the car is in sun and one shaded. I've seen fronts at over 40psi (set at 36) and rears at 46psi (set at 41) It's also noticeable as a driver, exacerbated I'm guessing by the unusually narrow tyres on an i3.
