Looking good (well bar tape is questionable, but easily fixed) It does indeed look to be in great nick.
minor point the brake adjustment is set wrong. change the cable length/ screw adjustment so it "right" with the release lever in the closed / down position - at the moment its open. Then when you need to take the wheel off you simply open that lever again, to give you room to gte the inflated tyre past the brake blocks.
