The car enters the shot and starts its left turn when the rider is just about two car lengths away and travelling at a fair speed. I doubt even Danny McAskill could have avoided that idiot.

Judging from this and other incidents, seems like the US hates cyclists more than the UK. There's a far stronger 'car culture' over there, as well.
