I was going to say 'I feel your pain.' but I don't of course have your physical pain.
I have a form of MS that comes and goes unannounced... I console myself, when I can't ride because of an attack, with the thought that I will ride again and I'll enjoy it even more when I can because I know how unbearable it feels when I can't. Yep, great weather missed isn't helpful when you're off the bike but there'll be some more to enjoy when you are.
In the meantime, learn to love Eurosport/ITV4 for cycling, Test Match Special or perhaps even *shudder* that Tennis game...
