It wasn't my cleats

I have been getting really bad hot spots when clipped in lately. Moved cleates all over the place to try and cure it and eventually just put it down to the shoes / cleats / pedals.

Anyway, before doing the Liverpool-Chester-Liverpool I decided to give the bike a clean, while I was at it I moved the saddle as far forward as I could.

On the ride today, voila, no hot spots or sore feet and I could really give it some welly. Looks like my setup was incorrect.

Maybe something to consider for those getting foot problems,
