Everyone is assuming they can forecast correctly that far into the "distant" future.
This mornings forecast was for no snow but I have just watched the lunchtime forecast and they now say(five hours later), lots of snow on the way in an hour or two.

I'd heard that some parts of the country had been a bit afflicted with snow recently. We've hardly had a dusting of it here on Scotland's wet coast. Most disappointing

Last week was actually great for cycling - strong winds and high pressure kept the roads both dry and free of any ice. A rare treat this time of year.

They are warning of floods this weekend, melting snow combined with heavy rain.
