That's how it feels anyway.

It's been many many years since I was around here, and many years also since I did any serious cycling. Since I was here, I've been through poor mental health, left my job, sold my car, lost my Dad , watched my nephew grow into a very tall young man

My e-bike is my transport now, which actually gave me some enjoyment in cycling again and so I dug the road bike out again after it gathered dust for 7 years, cleaned it up, replaced the tyres and it was lovely. My endurance is shot, but it was lovely!

Now I have 6 months to get fit again to to the Tour De 4 in september. 60 mile rides are calling again.

I'm pretty sure now that I was borderline hypothermic at the end of that ride
