If I get my head down now, I can be finished at 5 and on the bike at ten past and home for 6... So quite why I'm wasting time on CycleChat is completely beyond me

When I've finished though it's straight home, collect the ladies of the house, and head straight out for a family tea somewhere - anywhere - doesn't matter, so long as we don't have to cook (and wash the pots afterwards!).

And since I've been very good with my diet all this week (no, honest, I have, really, I promise!) I'm going to enjoy a dessert too!
