Mini D is into the latest kids craze, LOL toys. They are cutesy little plastic figurines an inch or so high.

Anyhoo, being the good Dad I am I've been playing with her this afternoon. However, it seems that calling in an air strike to wipe out the North Korean liberalists and blowing them all up very realistically (I thought) making all the jet engine noises of the Tomahawks and the kabooms of the explosions, is not an accepted part of LOL culture. The TV remote made a great Tomahawk missile, which I thought showed great imagination.


She has now gone to sulk. Kids, eh?

Funnily enough i was only thinking of such frivolities when i took the dog a walk an hour ago. I saw a mini waterfall up the park and remembered how i took my daughter up there years ago,to let her mini teletubbies have a swim in the pool at the bottom of the fall. Happy days! Now she just tells me to feck off all the time.

Enjoy it while you can Drago. They soon grow up.

Aye, I nuked 'em, but it was a surgical strike with only several hundred thousand North Korean casualties. The dog was playing the part of Mad Dog Mattis and he ordered me to do it.

I love Mattis. This is what I imagined he looked like while we were playing.

I got the macho action man one birthday, and it lasted less than a day as my older sisters decided to see how macho he was, by torturing him by poking his head in a spinning bike wheel.
