I use my air fryer regularly but never done a jacket spud in it.
When I google it the various recipes say 40 minutes.
That just seems a long time compared to the oven.
Anyone tried them?

Microwave first and then finish off in the air fryer?

defo Microwave first and a bit of olive oil and salt rubbed onto skins helps crisp them. I imagine the airfryer (after 6-7mins in the micro) would do a good job of crisping them up

Depending on the size of them, around eight minutes in the microwave, followed by the air fryer for ten minutes.
