I didn't realise, until I looked on strava, that the really steep hill I climbed at Jackson bridge is in the top 100 hill climbes. I gave myself a pat on the back for getting to the top without stopping(although the park bench half way up looked inviting)

But you already knew that you had climbed a steep hill before you read about it, so what difference does the list make?

There are a few hard climbs round here that are on the list, and some others which are not. The unlisted ones are just as tough!

It makes no difference at all and I've probably been up the unlisted ones as well. I didn't know a list of climbs existed beforehand that's all.

Ah, I misunderstood. I've seen the book before. When you said you didn't realise until looking on Strava I thought that meant Strava had someone flagged s ride as within the 100 hardest climbs, and could get the list from them.

Hey", why is"nt Gwaenysgor hill on this list,it has a gradiant of 33% and described on strava as Brutal, and i should know trying it last week, almost made it

Jackson Bridge is the National Hill Climb this year, worth a watch if you have never been to one before.
