I finished watching it last night.
It is scary and sad how far Ullrich descended into near madness. He still has a very h(a)unted look! It is nice to see him trying to fight his way back to some kind of normality though. It is great to see how his ex-wife and kids are doing what they can, when they can, to keep him fighting. Clearly he has massive addiction issues and there will probably be more lapses in the future. Hopefully, he survives them, and nobody else gets hurt.
I thought close-ups of dead/dying cyclists were totally unnecessary! I have avoided watching those in the past but got caught out here by reading the subtitles then looking at the rest of the picture.
I still dislike Armstrong but I will say that he does appear to be very supportive of Ullrich (and Wiggins). The problem with him is that you are either very IN, or very OUT, and if you are out then you will be ignored, bullied, threatened or crushed!
