Stunning .. "Jockey Wheels" another thing to check and replace , thought this cycling lark was cheap , think i might pack it all in and make my new hobby dating Kate Moss and a bag of sniffing powder, it has to be a cheaper alternative.

Mine seized up on my Boardman cx and needed replacing. They were wedged solid and wouldn't rotate.

Rotate you say? When mine jam up I just smooth down the teeth and let the chain slide over them.
