Thanks guys, that's really helpful.
Prat plate is I believe the term used by traffic plod, very apt in this case.I see the driver has a personalised number plate.
Indeed, because if you came up behind that vehicle in poor visibility it would be reasonable to assume it had overturned. If tempted to cycle up the nearside of a large vehicle like that, one should back off.
Be careful.... That lever releases a boxing glove on a very springy spring!!That little lever next to the sign would be very tempting indeed.....
I take it you are joking? As you can see in the photo, there isn't enough room for a stray cat between the nearside of the vehicle and the cycle lane construction barriers. It's sensible advice. If tempted to cycle up the nearside of a large vehicle like that, one should back off.
The word "Back" isn't offensive, so they wouldn't need to use "??" if they meant "Back"? They could just print "Back off".Some people on here really don't have a sense of humour do they.Obviously the missing two letters are Ba.![]()
Not the same company as given in the thread title though. And I've seen plenty of vehicles on the roads, where they haven't painted over/removed the old operators paintwork.

So back off. That's exactly my point.I take it you are joking? As you can see in the photo, there isn't enough room for a stray cat between the nearside of the vehicle and the cycle lane construction barriers.
