..of 2 cyclists today, 1 eventually blew' and his mate had faffed off up road so I offered him a snack bar then got off..


Has their been any situations whereby you've helped a fellow cyclist on the road ??

Loads of times, I even carry spare tubes and a track pump in the car, I have used them to help cyclist in the past.

I helped a very nice lost young lady cyclist, to find the place she was looking for, by letting her follow me, on the bike on Saturday. It helped that I was going there anyway .

Hi i always carry plenty of patches and a couple of tubes of glue, if they are on their own will stop and help {try not to make things worse} or will leave stuff with them
