June 09 Peckham Lorry/Cyclist incident

Just had some good news as to regarding this accident in Peckham from June last year.

Here is the story again.

9 months on and she has made an excellent recovery and is planning
to run in the London Marathon in April.

That is excellent news. From those pictures she was very lucky.
Any news about the driver, as the report says he was arrested on suspicion of dangerous driving ?
