If you have the money, restore them. Being able to spray paint is better though if you do.
Doing all the resto on my own! I rebuilt a 73 VW camper so how hard can a bike be? Quotes on painting quite steep and will only do if the bike is worth it.
Thinking of spraying myself, no not with Halfords spray cans lol but with properly matched colours through paint supplier but in decent cans unlike Halfords splutter jobs.

Huge images there Stephen - over 20 MB worth! I have a fast broadband connection and it still took me nearly a minute to load this page.
People using smartphones could eat up their entire monthly data allowance loading just 50 or so such pages.
It is much better to shrink them down to a maximum dimension of (say) 1,000 pixels before posting them.
