Just a question about LeJog which has bugged me for a while.

I’d be confident navigating without map via NCN 3, 41, 45, 55 (via 5), Peak Forest Canal, 68, 1. Not necessarily the route I’d choose otherwise though!

It's easy, start at lands end and as long as you're going uphill you're headed in the right direction

Noooo. Start at Jog pedal a bit to get going then just coast all the way down to lands end.

Lands end to Bristol may be tricky🤔 but from then on it's easy😄 Sun on the right in the morning and left after noon. If you are following someones track on a garmin its not your adventure/tour.🤔

Try that from Land's end, and you'd miss JoG to the West by about 50 miles, and that would be after riding across the Bristol Channel and through most of the Irish Sea

Then do it on foot! I think that's the whole point of those trips, isn't it??

Like the SWCP, leave Minehead, keep walking with sea on right until reaching blue sign at end of Studland beach.

I thought of this. Problem is you'd hit the East coast North of around about Berwick on Tweed ish, and you'd need to turn left towards Edinburgh.

Ah - you looked at a map, good idea, I should have done that.
