I’d be confident navigating without map via NCN 3, 41, 45, 55 (via 5), Peak Forest Canal, 68, 1. Not necessarily the route I’d choose otherwise though!
Noooo. Start at Jog pedal a bit to get going then just coast all the way down to lands end. It's easy, start at lands end and as long as you're going uphill you're headed in the right direction![]()
Glastonbury, man…Surely you could just follow ley lines?
This might rely on having a steel bike.
And you probably get stuck near Avebury...
I once did ot both ways using only divining rods and a theodolite.
That too. You'd be in between them, oscillating slightly.Glastonbury, man…
Try that from Land's end, and you'd miss JoG to the West by about 50 miles, and that would be after riding across the Bristol Channel and through most of the Irish SeaJust ride at night and follow the North star
...and pray for clear skies
Then do it on foot! I think that's the whole point of those trips, isn't it??A straight line mission of the tupe undertaken by Geo Wizard could be tricky on a bike.
Like the SWCP, leave Minehead, keep walking with sea on right until reaching blue sign at end of Studland beach.Reached coast? Not at JoG? Then head right as necessary.
A helpful map of ley linesSurely you could just follow ley lines?
This might rely on having a steel bike.

Ah - you looked at a map, good idea, I should have done that.I thought of this. Problem is you'd hit the East coast North of around about Berwick on Tweed ish, and you'd need to turn left towards Edinburgh.
