The new series of Top Gear is repeated on "Dave" (old UKTV History channel) at 8pm on a Saturday, watched the channel crossing one tonight, would that be 2 or 1 week old ?

The BBC pretending they have a sense of humour? ;)

Apparantly it's just a temporary name, no idea why they even changed it in the first place. Dave+1 just sounds like an entry on a guestlist as well.

If they'd had called it 'Kevin' then I would be demanding royalties !

"Dave" took ver from UKTV History and UKTV G2.
I think that its been called Dave to aim at the younger people.
Must be good if your called Dave, you've got a TV channel named after you.

So, anyone see it last night? I knew it was going to be a cracker when Hammond named his car Oliver, and by the time they were all three admiring the terrible-combover-hairstyle-guy though binoculars, I was laughing out loud...

Unless they actually hate each other, which I doubt, that has to be one of the best jobs in the world...

Laugh, I nearly wet my pants. Especially 'Oliver's' ford crossing and the dust section of the drive. So gloriously not PC.

Seriously funny last night - loved the 'dust bowl', smart ass Hammond getting stuck on the 'proper' river crossing...classic....
