Just installed AVG V9, question?

Every time I turn the laptop on after installing V9, two things happen:-

1) It takes ages to find the wireless signal, where as with V8.5 it was pretty much instant?

2) Every time I switch the laptop on now I get an error message from Windows Defender advising that it has been turned off? So I click to switch it back on again. But next time I log on I get the same message? Again, never had a problem with V8.5?

Any help please?

I'm surprised you didn't have this as it's fairly standard cop with AVG. I got fed up of reinstalling it every 3 months as it messed up and went elsewhere.

+1 with the getting fed up. I jumped ship and went to Avast.

Looks like its time to move away from AVG then!
