I'm not one for posting on forums usually (more of a lurker!) but I've just seen this -

It's all very Clarkson isn't it? I thought with the big take up of cycling (I only started riding again fairly recently) in recent years this sort of top gear centric thought would fall by the way side. I know it's done in a tongue-in-cheek way but why do it?
