Hi, 45 yo bloke near Stratford. Stopped riding in 95, used to do MTB races, Time Trials so was fairly fit. Got overweight so dug the old Marin from the garage a few months back. Slowly losing my belly and can manage a 2 hour ride now.
No one I know rides a bike so would be great to tag along with like minded folk who aren't too fast
