With my Audi
Longsight lemmings lolz

I was coming down Kirkmanshulme Lane, Longsight just off Stockport Rd heading towards the velodrome in primary as its bottle necked and always a danger spot when this cyclist just rides out in front of me just facing Asda's car park entrance

BANG !

I didn't even slow down as it was so wet with the rain lol, I could have maybe gone left or right a little though I decided straight on was the best option for myself to cushion the blow a bit , as you do

I hit him real hard as he went down hard as well lol with him flying over the handle bars following him.

After pulling over and checking we weren't about to get killed by on coming traffic I was about to give him a mouthful though I felt a little sorry for him and asked him if he was OK ?

His face looked a right mess with blood pouring from his mouth, Im glad I didn't give any stick as he looked a right tool lolz

He just said, Yeah Im right, and just rode off towards Asda

Some kind BMW driver asked if I was OK

So no damage to me or the car. I just straightend my Turbo badge and got home

I think the Longsight lemming and my 4 rings of cock badge took all the impact lol

Its always a bad spot that part of kirky lane

So if it read the above you would be happy.

You cant laugh at a minor accident though you find a film about the worst tyrants that ever walked the planet one of your faves ever ! ? /-:

Bizzare

Some things amaze me

The film is about a couple of chaps who chose to create a musical incorporating Hitler as a sure fire way to repel audiences, and make money from the enterprise. It's not about Hitler.

I'm amazed that you didn't know that.

Keep up at the back.

Leaving someone with a bleeding mouth isn't necessarily a minor accident and it definitely isn't funny.

You chose to hit the poor chap. Then post on a public forum then laugh about it. 'That is what i find disturbing'
You assulted a stranger than post what happened, and then complain when very few join in your merryment.
Not sure which should come first, the police of a mental health sectioning court order.

Ha ha ha ha lolz.

What ?

Hey. I never left the guy. This guy was twice my size with tattoos. Probably younger. The cage fighter look. Look at my OP.

My first thoughts were getting me and him off the road. I checked him over before I checked myself or my bike. Unlike most that have accidents on this forum. He looked OK. Big massive bloke. I ain't asking if he wants me to kiss his lips better. I mean , the dumb fog head walked out on me lol

I dare say you'll be back on this forum at some point bitching about a motorist that dare pass by you 1" closer than you think safe. And you wonder why cyclists get a bad press. I hate this urban warrior attitude from cyclists. I think you should be ashamed of yourself for making light of what could have been a very nasty situation, what if it had been a frail elderly person? Do us all a favour sell you bike and get a bus pass maybe then when twats like you are of cycles we can start etting some respect back from joe public... Take this post as you wish i stand by wht i say.

Isn't Mad Doug Biker the one who always gets upset if a cat has a splinter or someone laughs at the mention of factory farming? Maybe he used up all his sympathy on animals.

As for Yahuda, he's not as funny as the comic strip. Showing a lack of observation and anticipation, as well as a lack of humanity and humility.

Big guys can still have head injury's. Having helped get a friend through one of those after a cycle accident involving another cyclist it is not funny, especially when they loose their sight and have a stroke in front of you.

Head injury's are a silent killer. Lol at that.

Well vernon :-D

What is only a minor accident, now is just getting silly. I mean were talking Savlon here.

Anyone who wishes to take this to the police is welcome. Just PM me.

Honestly. I wouldn't of made a joke about it if it had been serious

Note to self. ' Tell that to the judge' Lol

Wanton and Furious Driving

The Law

Definition of wanton or furious driving (Archbold - 19-248a) (Wilkinson 5.101).

It is an offence for anyone:

to be in charge of a vehicle, and

to cause or cause to be done bodily harm to any person;

by wanton or furious driving, racing or

other wilful misconduct, or

by wilful neglect.

It is an offence triable only on indictment (except when committed by a youth).

The offence carries a maximum penalty of a 2 years' imprisonment and/or an unlimited fine. Penalty points and discretionary disqualification are now available to courts via section 28 Road Safety Act 2006.

The offence can only be committed if the driver has a degree of subjective recklessness so far as the foreseeabilty of causing injury is concerned. In other words, he must appreciate that harm was possible or probable as a result of the bad driving (see R v Okosi [1996] CLR 666).

Charging Practice

We should only prosecute for this offence when it is not possible to prosecute for an offence under the road traffic legislation, for example:

when the driving was not on a road or other public place;

when the vehicle used was not a mechanically propelled vehicle (such as a bicycle or horse drawn vehicle); or

when a Notice of Intended Prosecution has not been given.

When a vehicle has been deliberately used as a weapon and has caused injury we will normally prosecute for the offence of dangerous driving or a specific assault under other provisions in the Offences Against the Person Act 1861, subject to there being sufficient evidence to provide a realistic prospect of conviction, for one of those offences.
