I ticked 350+ but that's 24hrs starting and finishing around 1pm – so not a calendar day. My best was 412 miles, so not world-beating.

I've done 100 miles today and a full days work which I think was harder than the 150+ mile ride I did.

300+ done within 24 hours, but not the same day. Forced to stop upon getting to Holyhead, and started again on the North Wall, Dublin, later the same morning.

Ticked the 150+ , but those rides were a long time ago. Current regular rides are usually no more then 25.

Depends on your frame of reference. My own 24 hour performance of 375 miles is pretty mediocre within that world (where top riders are going over 500 miles in the day).
