I only emailed them yesterday (no phone number on their site I think) but Kinesis only appear to do a 3 year warranty and the left carbon chainstay of my Kinesis Gran Fondo cracked after just under 4 years :-( Other than that its a lovely/ versatile bike) if its resolved I'd have no problem reccommending it but if not I think I'd look for something ti or with a better warranty.
