A foreign woman I know has a veg/salad garden. On Friday she bought me an array of foods......tomatoes, cucumber, onions etc.
One item was (as per title) a Kalirab. Google tells me there are several variations to the spelling but it is, apparently, very nice either raw or diced and cooked in eg curry.
I was tempted to put it in today's curry but as its for the family I decided to hold back.
Anyone got experience with it/them ??
