I remember now knew I recognised her, was ages ago when I used to watch that s***e. She was a total arse on that, I know they all are but she really stood out along with that fat woman with a face like a bulldog chewing a wasp, Ruth Badger.

Whilst Ruth Badger didn't have the looks for TV, she knew about selling and was one of the best contestants across several series. She did a TV series where she went to help small companies and she was really good. I suspect that TV's obsession with looks meant she never got another series

I watched that video. Whats alarming is that there are many more similar videos starring Ms Hopkins, including appearances on Question time.

I can't understand why her views are sought on anything, let alone serious political and social issues.

I should of watched it. Just being introduced to somebody on The Apprentice usually does not shed them in the best shade of light. I guess they are probably made to act like knobbers on that to suit the audience, I gave up watching it years ago.

I really liked Ruth Badger. She was forthright without being rude, and she knew her stuff. If I recall correctly, she seemed to form a mutually respectful relationship with the people she worked with on that show, and helped to improve their businesses.

There was no bullying or humiliation, which sadly might be another reason why she didn't get a second series.
