Keeping a cool head?

Not a post about interactions with cars/drivers, but actually what it says.
I'm not a helmet wearer, preferring instead a baseball cap. I did try cycling caps but they do look rather silly atop my swede, so they didn't last long.
Anyway, now it's warming up I'm finding my head gets really quite hot and sweaty, almost to the extent that I'm considering buying a helmet....
Does anyone else have the same problem, and how do you get around it??

A no. zero crew cut works for me, but I do wear a helmet most of the time.

A Buff, pirate stylee. Soaks up sweat and dissipates it in the breeze.
Worn under the baseball cap. Then just whip the BC off.

Look at Under Armour coolswitch skull cap . That might work

Your not kidding, full winter gear for me in the mornings, helps you enjoy the cycle home a bit more though.

A proper buff. Great in winter and summer alike. Fantastic bit of kit.

My hair having migrated, I go for a fleecy type hat in the winter and a bandana in the summer. Always a big moment deciding when to change in the spring. A change that to me, signifies the start of summer.
