Keeping sunshine out of your eyes

On my commute to work the sun is shining into my eyes in both the morning and evening cycling east in the morning and west in the evening

Could somebody recommend something that i could wear to keep the sunshine out of my eyes . not a cap because with the summer just around the corner that would make me sweat to much

Yes a baseball cap could solve the problem

My helmet has a little cap and I just tilt my head down on the rare occasion that he sun comes out.

Have you tried polarised sunglasses, I thought this was what they were good at? was thinking of getting a pair myself.
