It looks OK - next time show him with on foot on the ground, one at the highest pedal point as many have their saddle too low: his knee should be below his hip.

Yep. When still learning I believe that getting feet on the ground is more important than the ultimate pedalling position, in order to instil confidence. As they get better and taller you can raise the saddle to a more traditional setting - it looks like there’s plenty of seat post left here.

Looks a little big but still ok.
He’ll grow into it. However, those bar ends are at an interesting angle. I would just remove them totally, he won’t be needing those for quite some time. If it is possible, try to use the reach adjustment on the brake levers to bring them significantly closer, I don’t think he has much of a chance to reach them.
