I forgot brake calipers and chain in my original list!
But yeah, that's all you need to get the bike rolling again.

maybe i got the wrong acronym
I meant the axle width of the wheels for the frames front and rear drop outs

Sorry i didnt get back to you , if im reading that right its 130 mm.
I am finding it hard to find wheels in 24 " with that spacing ?
