I have bought a Revolution last month off ebay and I have been out on it today for the first time. I have owned dozens of bikes over the years and I have to say that riding the Kirk is an unnerving experience . I actually stopped and checked the wheels were fastened properly . I have read elsewhere that the forks are the problem and I have a set of suspension forks to fit . I will let you know how I get on and if it makes any difference .
