I use a mountain bike, and recently met with a small accident. I fell off my bike and hurt my knees real bad. After a being on medication, and taking proper rest, the pain went away, but then when I rode my bike again, the pain came back. Since the x-ray showed no fracture or dislocation, the doctor send me back. I recently read a blog which said, physiotherapy could cure such pain. Is this true? I haven't ever tried therapy before. Should I go for it? Or will it make the pain worse? Please advise!

You should go to Pysio to get an assessment at least. I went to two GP's who were pretty useless. Jack of all trades, master of none in my experience. Pysio has me back on the bike. Knee pain gone off the bike. But still need some test rides to see if I can go back to 40 mile a day, but I am back cycling to work.

Seriously just go for a few sessions at least. It can be expensive though. Roughly, it can cost about £30 for 30 minutes.
