Anyone on here had a knee replacement?
I had one 5 years ago now and since I started cycling about a year ago, my right quad is growing in size when my left has stayed the same size.
I've visited my GP who suggested getting a PT to help but I just wondered if anyone else has had something similar and managed to overcome it?
I've worked on my left leg on my own, I'm hoping a PT will know something I don't.
It's becoming an issue as the stronger my right quad is getting, the less I feel I'm using my left unless I make a conscious effort.
