Hope you recover quickly, I think I to would spend a bit of time to see if the driver / prick passes there on regular bases to get his reg.

Ouch, glad that you're essentially in one piece though. Get better soon.

You done a reccy for CCTV, if you were near any government buildings they should have 7 days of footage.

[Edit]

From your description:

http://bit.ly/lBsNu8 is the view to the nearest CCTV camera, and about on the point that the accident happened. The camera should have caught it assuming little shrubbery growth and that the camera at the back of the building is on - but you'll struggle to see anything but the car colour. Depending on the lens on the cameras on the roundabout they should just stretch to the registration - most of those old beasts are very wide angle.

Give Custom House a call.

Hope you recover quickly but don't be in too much of a hurry to ride the bike again until the hospital/doctor gives the all clear.

Leaving you injured and lying in the road is despicable and would suggest that he has something to hide!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

until my hands work properly again i am spending time on the turbo trainer.
bit of a shame to be indoors in the good weather, but at least i'll be keeping that cycle fitness up ;)

Leaving the scene of an accident is frowned upon hugely. I so hope someone got his details and you nail the f****r to the wall!

So glad you're here to tell us about it

Turbo trainer with a plastercast - oh not nice - been there. They get itchy and smelly especially when you start sweating. I only had mine on two weeks, but my hand looked a mess when it came out - the plaster sucks all the moisture out of your skin.

Heal well.
