Gunk's 150 sounds about right, although there are always Kona enthusiasts around and a bit of a resurgence of interest in that retro era of hard tail / no suspension MTB, so that could see it fetch more in the right sale. I'd say 200 is top end.
At the moment though, who knows. People were paying silly money for bikes the last few weeks.
