Lôn Las Cymru

Anyone ridden this? Or planning to ride it?

I was thinking I'd quite like to ride it either later in the year or early next.

Any advice, tips etc and your experiences would be much appreciated :-)

It's hilly in parts but you'll be used to that with you living in Cornwall.
It's a straightforward ride. The camp sites marks on the Sustrans maps are fine.
Be prepared to be rained upon frequently.

basically the off road bits south of Llangurig are pants and you're better off on the other side of the valley on the main road
