I don't know where Notadoctor grew up so that's a bit unfair.
However, in a proper sport, my local pro team won a treble last season

Egg-chasing is OK, at international level. But I doubt 1 in 10 could tell you what the three trophies in your treble are, or indeed name which club it is (I Googled it).

Other than that, Bath is in Somerset, not Dorset, isn't it? And it's a good job they're good at Rugby because their football team is non-league - throughout it's 136 year history (thank you Wikipedia). Nice little stadium for the rugby, is it 18K yet? Our women's team played in front of 36k in their first home match against the London City Lionesses, they've sold out the Emirates at 60K several times for bigger matches.

Dorset is nice, though. I can imagine retiring to a little Hobbit-hole there

Nah, just been drinking most of the day and DB attempted banter at me 😉 As I'm an uncouth football fan, instead of a nice polite egg-chasing fan, that's never going to end well!
