You were just complaining he hadn't attacked yet at 24km out, which would have been pretty stupid when all he had to work with was a Cat 2 with a wet descent before the final Cat 1 climb.

I mean I know I'm the biggest Jonas fanboy on the forum by far, with a record of reacting to anti-Jonas posts, but that's just trolling, surely?

Also, for the record, Jonas is an attacking rider, he's just not an idiot and he's not going to attack purely for your entertainment. In the TdF for instance, the first stage Vingegaard and Visma split the peloton in crosswinds, the second stage Vingegaard attacked on a kicker and caused an elite selection... He attacked at various points throughout the three weeks but wasn't able to find a weakness.

This all stated with Adam Blythes comment. That he expected JV to go on the offensive today. I thought that was a very high risk call - 6k to go and JV hasn't attacked or go on the offensive.

Well have to agree to disagree on JV being an attacking rider.

did you actually watch this years Tour de France? Whilst he wasnt a match for Pog he did at least try to animate the race at various occasions. If anything him and Visma were more attacking than UAE, But Pogs attacks stuck because he was stronger.
